The Round Chair is such a famous design, and was the chair which featured on the first ever television broadcast. Hans Wegner crafted this stunning chair which is a very comfortable lounge chair with such a gorgeous organic timber shape. This Black Hans Wegner Round Chair is hand crafted, to the same generous proportions as the original chair (many on the market do not) to create this beautiful timber lounge chair with the same comfort and sense of place. The chair is constructed from solid ash with a comfortable black upholstered seat and tapered legs. The curved back rest gently supports the sitter and curves around to form the arm rests. The armrests of the Round Chair wrap around from the backrest to the front of the seat pad, creating a comfortable and supportive design.
