How do I submit my room photos after purchasing?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email within 24 hours containing a link to our simple styling form. You can upload photos of your space and share your style preferences, budget range, and any specific requirements.
What kind of photos do I need to provide?
Clear, well-lit photos taken from multiple angles work best — ideally showing all four walls, the floor, and any existing furniture you plan to keep. You don't need a professional camera; smartphone photos are perfectly fine.
How long does it take to receive my styling report?
Your personalised styling report will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days of submitting your room information.
How does the fee redemption work?
Your styling fee ($79 or $139) is fully redeemable on your first purchase at Sparkle Home. We'll include a discount code equivalent to your styling fee amount with your report — simply apply it at checkout.
Are the furniture recommendations only from Sparkle Home?
Yes — all furniture and décor recommendations will be sourced from our Sparkle Home collection, so every piece you see in your report is immediately available to purchase.
Can I request revisions to my styling report?
