Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

• A restocking fee of 15% or $10 (whichever is higher) applies to all change-of-mind returns.
• This fee is waived if you choose to receive your refund as Store Credit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Non-Refundable Merchant Fees

Product prices include merchant processing fees. In the event of a change-of-mind return, the following fees are non-refundable:

• Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay: 1%
• American Express: 1.8%
• Google Pay: 1.7%
• PayPal: 1.5%
• Afterpay: 5%
• Zip: 3%

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Mattresses and bedding (quilts, pillows, protectors, toppers) — for hygiene reasons
• Clearance items (marked as "Clearance")
• Seasonal products (e.g., holiday decor)
• Gift cards
• Commercial or non-household purchases
• Assembled or installed items (items cannot be returned once assembly has commenced)

Faulty or Damaged Items

You must inspect all items upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@sparklehome.store with your order number and photos.

For faulty items, we will prioritise providing replacement parts, a repair kit, or a partial refund for local repairs before arranging a full return.

Please note: damage claims may not be accepted if the item has been moved from the original delivery address after receipt.

Warranty Claims

All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, environmental damage, unauthorised modifications, or commercial use.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Email hello@sparklehome.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (minus applicable fees).

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, and is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
